LOCAL CHURCH APPLICATION
NCI LOCAL CHURCH CONSTITUTION
1. NCI local churches must be pastored by an NCI licensed pastor.
2. The church board requires a minimum of 3 elders (1 is the senior pastor).
3. The elders are men and meet the requirements of Scripture.
4. Decisions of the church board are passed by a 2/3 majority vote (the senior pastor has veto power).
5. The elders are appointed by the senior pastor and must pass a 2/3 majority vote.
6. The term of the senior pastor is perpetual.
7. The term of non-pastoring elders is 2 years (the board of elders may vote to change the term).
8. Unresolved problems may be presented to NCI for advice from any elder.
9. The senior pastor may not be removed by the elders, but may be suspended or dismissed by NCI for violation of the NCI statement of faith, continuance in heretical teaching, or moral failures, including, but not limited to, adultery, homosexuality, theft, abuse, and the like.

• Use of NCI logo
• No use of NCI name in the name of the local church
• 3% of local church money goes to NCI
NCI EXCLUSIVE CHURCHES
• Use of NCI logo
• Use of NCI name in the name of the local church
• Negotiable territory rights
• 5% of local church money goes to NCI
